Welcome to Milan AI (https://milanai.io). By accessing or using our platform, mobile interfaces, or API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Educational Disclaimer & Affiliation

Milan AI is an independent AI-powered educational study companion. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). All study material names, standard references, and exam trademarks are the property of their respective statutory bodies and are referenced strictly for educational, fair-use study guidance.

2. User Accounts & Fair Usage

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Google Sign-In session.
• Each user receives free introductory tokens upon registration. Creating multiple automated or synthetic accounts to exploit free tokens is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent IP/device suspension.
• Commercial re-selling, bulk API extraction, or scraping of Milan AI’s indexed library without written authorization is prohibited.

3. AI Generated Content & Accuracy

While Milan AI uses strict RAG grounding to cross-reference official Institute textbooks, suggested answers, and statutory tax provisions, AI responses should be used as study aids. Students are advised to verify statutory amendments and final examination answers with official Institute notifications.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Tokens

Payments for token packs and single-document unlocks are processed securely via our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Milan AI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from examination results or platform downtime. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
